Garden Workshop: Plants and the Origin of Food
SEPTEMBER 12th AT THE OCEAN SHORES LIBRARY – 1-3pm
Ever wonder where your plant-based foods originated from, and how long humans have been eating the foods we eat today? Ever wonder how fruit differs from vegetables? This engaging and interactive presentation describes where all your favorite fruits, vegetables, spices come from, and other ways humans use plants. This presentation may change your mind about the ethnic foods we eat today and what people really ate in the past!
This program is sponsored by Garden by the Sea and the Master Gardeners of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties.
Everyone is welcome!
